Our vision for local

Since its inception in 1988, Nova Doors and Windows has been committed to the economic benefits and implications of a focus on local development. Our team has grown into a multifaceted company as the needs of our clients deepened and the utility of doors and windows expanded with modern innovation, but our borders have long remained the same.

Now, as we work to craft a great digital presence for Nova Doors and Windows over the coming weeks, we’re also looking at what the web can offer our clients and our community. It’s an expansive space with a global audience and nearly limitless potential, but we’re more committed to Halifax and our local communities than ever before!

Creating forums of conversation is just one of the ways we’re hoping to get clients and local residents talking about their next project. Every blog you see published on our site will be relevant to your home and written with the Maritimes in mind. Now more than ever, Nova Doors and Windows is posturing to highlight the beautiful homes and landscapes that make Halifax a formidable city, with its fair share of beauty and modern renovation.

The business of doors and windows is a visual one, and we’re making every effort to populate our galleries with the inspirational additions and changes you, our clients, have made to your homes. For the DIY renovator, we’re hoping to spark your inspiration and provide a new means to see what’s possible and put an image to that dream renovation of yours.

To make the most of this opportunity and to focus our efforts on you, our city, we’ve partnered with Headspace Marketing - a local agency that specializes in custom content that’s engaging and relevant. Our goal is to produce and maintain an exciting catalogue of resources that are tailored to Haligonians and useful to both the DIY renovator and businesses alike.

Amazing crew, the two installers were punctual, of good humor, and very skilled in their workmanship, even with the additional repair required on a Friday morning before a long weekend. They were both truly professional and I commend them both! A job very well done!
